Can we have our corporate headshot session at our office?

Absolutely! Capitol Hill Photo will set up a mobile studio at your office in DC, Maryland, or Virginia to make headshots convenient for you and your team. This allows us to capture high-quality headshots in an environment that's comfortable and familiar to you, minimizing disruption to your workday.


How soon can we expect to receive the photos?

You can expect to receive professionally edited photos within 1 week after the photoshoot. Rush delivery options are available upon request if you need images sooner for press releases or social media.


Do you travel for photography?

Yes, I am available for photography assignments both domestically and internationally. Travel fees may apply for locations outside of my immediate area, so please contact me with the specific details for a customized quote.

How can I book photography services?

How long does a typical headshot session last?

A corporate headshot session can vary greatly in duration depending on the options chosen and the number of staff members having their headshots done. Normally, each person spends up to 10 minutes in front of the camera. This gives us enough time to try different poses, facial expressions, and optionally outfit changes to ensure the best photo for everyone. If you opt for professional hair/makeup for your shoot, that time per person can increase to 30-40 minutes.


What is involved in corporate event photography coverage?

Corporate event photography coverage includes capturing key moments, speakers, networking interactions, and the overall essence of the event. Our goal is to document the energy, detail, and marketable moments of your event candidly and unobtrusively.


Do you offer photo editing or retouching services?

Yes, all photos undergo professional editing and retouching to meet our high-quality standards. This includes color correction, exposure adjustment, and minor blemish removal for headshots to present you in the best possible light. Additional editing and more comprehensive photo manipulation is available on a case-by-case basis.


Is there a deposit required to book a photography session?

Yes, a 50% deposit is required to secure your photoshoot and is due at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable but will be deducted from your final bill.
